"...Jason Vance, director for Loudon County Schools, said he was taking a wait-and-see approach. The county board of education opened its March monthly meeting in prayer and invoked the name of Jesus.
"We're taking those things into consideration as we move forward in our business," Vance said regarding the letters addressed to the city school district. We certainly want to be responsible in the way that we handle our selves, but we want to see what comes of this action with Lenoir City Schools. We believe they do a pretty good job, but, certainly, we're always open to suggestions on how we should handle our business as well."
