LOUDON COUNTY DIRECTOR SEARCH INTERVIEWS

The Loudon County Board of Education met Monday April 4th in a Special Called Workshop at the Loudon County Office Building.
School board members in attendance were Chairman Scott Newman, Vice-Chairman Gary Ubben, Van Shaver, Bobby Johnson, Jr., Rick Best, Craig Simon, and Williams Jenkins. Absent school board members: Bill Marcus, Lisa Russell, and Leroy Tate. Others in attendance: school personnel, Knoxville News Sentinel, and local paper, but no parents.
The meeting was called to order by Board Chairman Scott Newman who then asked Tennessee School Board Association (TSBA) Randy Bennett to speak. Bennett announced the name of each candidate, and he gave a brief bio of each individual.
Copies of the TSBA Candidate Notebook were not readily available for the public to view during the meeting but a public records request was made to view the records. Through a public records request, information (public records) has been obtained of each candidate, and sample interview questions. Here are the names of candidates and information:
