C.  Request consideration of approval of variance to allow 150 gallon above ground diesel fuel tank for Lowe’s Home Improvement, located on the northeast corner of Cotton Mill Boulevard and Town Creek Parkway, referenced by Tax Map 15, part of Parcel 200.00, Zoned C-3, Highway Commercial District.
