Consideration of Planning Commission’s recommendation (approval) regarding adoption of Ordinance to amend the Zoning Map of the City of Lenoir City, Tennessee pursuant to §13‐7‐204 of the Tennessee Code Annotated, to rezone one parcel of property located at 314 and 316 West Broadway, being in the Second Legislative District, referenced by Loudon County Tax Map 20N, Group K, Parcel 42.00 from C‐2 Central Business District to C‐3 Highway Commercial District. – Planning Commission/Ms. Leslie Johnson/First Reading
Consideration of City Council adopting Resolution expressing official intent that certain expenditures to be incurred in connection with certain Public Works Projects consisting of Gas System improvements and related expenditures be reimbursed from proceeds of notes, bonds, or other indebtedness to be issued by the City of Lenoir City, Tennessee. – Mr. Shannon Littleton, LCUB General Manager
Consideration of City Council amending Development Agreement between the City of Lenoir City and Creekwood Park Partnership.
Consideration of City Council adopting Initial Resolution authorizing the incurrence of indebtedness by the City of Lenoir City, Tennessee, of not to exceed $2,721,920, by the execution with the Public Building Authority of the City of Clarksville, Tennessee, of a Loan Agreement for the purpose of converting certain outstanding notes to a loan, and to fund the incidental and necessary expenses related thereto.
Consideration of City Council adopting Resolution authorizing a loan pursuant to a Loan Agreement between the City of Lenoir City, Tennessee, and the Public Building Authority of the City of Clarksville, Tennessee, in the principal amount of not to exceed $2,721,920; authorizing the execution and delivery of such Loan Agreement and other documents relating to said loan; approving the issuance of a bond by such Public Building Authority; providing for the application of the proceeds of said loan and the payment of such indebtedness; and, consenting to the assignment of the City’s obligation under such Loan Agreement.
Consideration of City Council adopting Resolution establishing procedures for public inspection of, access to, and duplication of public records under the Tennessee Public Records Act (Tennessee Code Annotated §10‐7‐504, et seq.). – Mr. Jim Wilburn
Consideration of City Council approving Lease Agreement for two (2) copiers for Lenoir City Middle School.
Consideration of Personnel Committee’s recommendation to fill vacant position (1) in Police Department. – Personnel Committee/Chief White
